Can I return my frames if I change my mind?

We understand that choosing the perfect pair is important. If your frames are not quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, based on the confirmed delivery date.

Returned items must be:

  • In unused condition

  • Free of wear, damage, or alterations

  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Original shipping costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the issued credit once the return has been received and inspected.


What if my frames arrive damaged or defective?

Every order is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If you believe your frames are faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work quickly to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making things right.


Additional Notes

  • Returns requested outside the stated timeframe may not be accepted

  • Items showing signs of wear may be declined

  • Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated
