Order Processing

All orders are prepared and processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, promotions, or sales events, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders shipping within Canada and the United States. Available shipping options, including express services and international rates, will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping timelines begin once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, service delays, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

At this time, we are unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, or regulatory requirements. If your location is unavailable at checkout, we unfortunately cannot fulfill orders to that destination.

Order Protection

Shipping protection is automatically included with every order. This coverage protects your purchase against loss, theft, or damage while in transit.

If shipping protection is removed at checkout, any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier, and resolution timelines may vary depending on the carrier’s process.
